wie ben jij
Je bent een technisch talent met een scherp oog voor detail en een proactieve werkhouding. Veiligheid en kwaliteit staan bij jou altijd op de eerste plaats.

• Je hebt minimaal een MBO-diploma in een technische richting (zoals Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek of Mechatronica).
• Je hebt ervaring in een technische onderhouds rol, bij voorkeur binnen de farma, biotech of een andere gereguleerde productieomgeving.
• Je bent ervaren in het opsporen, analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen.
• Je bent communicatief vaardig in het Engels (beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is een voordeel).

wat ga je doen
Als Onderhouds monteur zorg je ervoor dat onze productielijnen optimaal blijven draaien. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud, waarbij je onze apparatuur in topconditie houdt. Naast reparaties ondersteun je bij de installatie van nieuwe apparatuur en neem je deel aan verbeterprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met het engineering team en de productie-operators om storingen te verhelpen en een hoogwaardige werkomgeving te handhaven. Jouw werk heeft een directe impact op ons vermogen om medische oplossingen veilig en efficiënt te leveren.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het soepele verloop van de productie en utility installaties op de locaties in Leiden en Sassenheim door technische storingen te analyseren en op te lossen. Jouw expertise is essentieel voor het onderhoud van diverse apparatuur, variërend van utility-systemen en laboratoria tot complexe biotech-productie (bijv. fermentatie en filtratie). Je voert deze werkzaamheden uit in overeenstemming met de GMP-richtlijnen.

• Het uitvoeren van zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud aan hoogwaardige apparatuur en productielijnen.
• Het snel en effectief oplossen van technische storingen om de continuïteit te waarborgen.
• Samenwerken met engineers en operators om verbeterprojecten te initiëren en uit te voeren.
• Ondersteunen bij de installatie en validatie van nieuwe systemen en machines.
• Zorgen voor een nauwkeurige documentatie van alle uitgevoerde werkzaamheden volgens de geldende kwaliteitsnormen.

who are you
We are looking for a technical problem solver who takes pride in precision. Being proactive and diligent is how you like to work. You are a clear communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative team while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety in everything you do.

• Junior College degree or above in mechanical, electrical or automation engineering.
• Experience in a highly GMP regulated pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• You have work experience as a technician or similar (breakdown technician experience is an advantage).
• Expert in locating, analyzing, and resolving malfunctions in a timely manner
• Strong communication skills in English, and Dutch is a pre'

what will you do
As a Maintenance Technician, you ensure our production lines never miss a beat. You’ll be responsible for both preventive and corrective maintenance, keeping our equipment at optimum levels. Beyond repairs, you’ll support new equipment installations and participate in improvement projects. You’ll work closely with the engineering team and production operators to troubleshoot issues and maintain a high-quality environment. Your work directly impacts our ability to deliver medical solutions safely and efficiently.

As a E&I Maintenance Technician, you are in charge of ensuring the smooth operation of the production and utility assets at Leiden and Sassenheim sites by responding to and resolving technical malfunctions. Your expertise is key to maintaining diverse equipment, from utility systems and labs to complex biotech production (e.g., fermentation, filtration). You will perform this work in accordance with GMP guidelines.

• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration according to the weekly schedule.
• Carry out corrective maintenance and structured root cause investigations for equipment failures.
• Support site automation and participate in new equipment commissioning and validation.
• Train operators on asset care and ensure all equipment safety devices work perfectly.
• Maintain a clean, audit-ready workspace following 5S and GMP requirements.
• New equipment installation, maintenance and contribute in improvement projects.
