As a Production Operator at Snack Connection in Giessen, you’ll be at the heart of our production line, making sure our popular nut-based snacks always meet the highest standards. You’ll work with modern packaging machines, keep an eye on the equipment, and jump in quickly when any issues pop up. Your typical day includes:

• Operating packaging machines efficiently
• Performing quality checks to ensure product standards
• Carrying out routine equipment maintenance and minor troubleshooting
• Keeping your workspace clean and organized
• Reporting any production or equipment problems promptly
• Working together with your teammates to keep things running smoothly

You’ll be working full-time in a 3-shift system, mainly from Monday to Friday. The shifts are: Morning: 6:00 am – 2:45 pm Afternoon: 2:00 pm – 10:45 pm Night: 10:00 pm – 6:45 am Sometimes, weekend work is needed, and you’ll get extra pay for those hours.

• Salary starting at € 16.28 per hour, depending on experience, up to € 16.63 per hour
• Shift allowance: +19% for working in 3 shifts
• Allowance +30% for working on Saturdays, +100% for public holidays

As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for moving goods safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse and production area. You make sure materials are delivered where they are needed and finished products are stored or prepared for shipment.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading trucks
• Moving pallets and goods using a forklift
• Supplying the production departments with materials
• Storing incoming goods in the correct locations
• Preparing finished products for shipment
• Checking goods and quantities
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised

You will work in a 3-shift system:

1. 06:00 to 14:30
2. 14:30 to 23:00
3. 23:00 to 06:00

You will be working for a well-established production company in Dordrecht operating in the coffee industry. At this location, coffee products are processed, packed and prepared for distribution.

• Experience working as a forklift driver;
• You speak and understand good English;
• You have a valid forklift certificate;
• Experience in a warehouse, logistics or production environment;
• Work accurately and safely;
• Reliable and able to work independently;
• You are also comfortable working as part of a team;
• Physically fit and comfortable with an active job;
• Willing to work in 3-shifts.
