Verantwoordelijkheden
- Provide expert technical guidance to customers on TE products, services, and capabilities to fit their designs (80-90%).
- Sell TE offerings by highlighting value propositions (10-20%).
- Outbound prospecting to grow SMB pipeline via Salesforce and routine end-customer touchpoints.
- Handle inbound inquiries through phone, email, and chat to resolve questions and propose options.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, sales, engineering, customer care) to fulfill customer inquiries.
- Promote TE product portfolio to drive revenue
