Are you an experienced Account Manager with a strong understanding of the German market? We are looking for a **German-speaking Key Account Manager to manage and further develop their most important B2B accounts in Germany. You’ll have your own portfolio, significant commercial responsibility and the freedom to determine how you grow your accounts.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key German B2B accounts;
- Develop account plans with clear revenue and growth targets;
- Negotiate annual agreements, pricing and commercial terms while protecting margins;
- Build strong relationships with purchasing, category management and decision-makers;
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities;
- Introduce new products and product lines to your accounts;
- Identify and acquire new clients with key-account potential;
- Regularly visit clients and attend trade fairs in Germany;
- Translate market and customer insights into commercial opportunities;
- Work closely with sales support, purchasing and logistics.

You’ll also act as an important link between the *German market and the internal commercial team

Requirements

Who are you?- Fluent in *German

• , including professional-level negotiation skills;
  - Good command of *English and/or Dutch

• ;
  - At least *5 years of experience in Account Management or Key Account Management

• ;
  - Experience in B2B, distribution, retail or e-commerce is preferred;
  - Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills;
  - Commercially driven and focused on long-term account development;
  - Able to work independently and take ownership of your targets;
  - Willing to travel regularly to Germany for client visits and trade fairs;
  - A relevant network within the German reseller or retail market is a plus.
