What are your responsibilities?
You will be:

Creating, adjusting and optimising the maintenance schedule within a 24/7 automated environment

Leading and coaching five team leaders across multiple shifts (the role itself is a day position, no shift work)

Aligning daily priorities and ensuring maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently, and according to plan

Monitoring and driving KPIs such as technical availability and preventive maintenance compliance

Collaborating closely with planners, operations, and external stakeholders (Bol. / CEVA)

Initiating and leading improvement projects in maintenance processes, planning structure, and collaboration

Ensuring correct use and continuous improvement of the CMMS

Maintaining safety and quality as top priorities in all activities
