Als Storemanager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de Coolblue winkel in Eindhoven. Samen met je team zorg je voor blije klanten en goede commerciële resultaten. Je inspireert je team om hun werk elke dag een beetje beter te doen.

Wat doe je als Storemanager bij Coolblue? Als Storemanager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor onze goedlopende winkel. Er staat een sterk en staand team voor je klaar van ongeveer 40 man. Samen met je Assistent Storemanager stort je je op de coaching en ontwikkeling van hen. En natuurlijk op het maken van hele blije klanten en daarmee behalen van goede commerciële resultaten. Met de regiomanager zet je de doelen neer voor jouw winkel en samen met je team ga je ermee aan de slag.

• Samen met de Assistent Storemanager de winkel runnen en het team aansturen.

• Jouw team elke dag een beetje beter maken. Samen met de Assistent Storemanager, Shift Leads en je Regiomanager.

• Met je neus in de metrics duiken van jouw winkel en proactief verbetervoorstellen doen.

• Je commerciële inzicht gebruiken om met behulp van data in beeld te brengen wat er beter kan.

Earn a total of up to €500 extra with the current joining bonus at Uber Eats when you deliver by bicycle! The bonus structure and conditions are as follows:

• 10 trips within 5 days: receive an immediate €10 bonus.
