Wat ga je doen? Op zoek naar een leuke en actieve baan waarbij je lekker buiten kan werken? Dan zij wij op zoek naar jou! Voor een opdrachtgever in Venray zijn wij op zoek naar een belader en hierin ga jij je bezighouden met de inzameling van het huisvuil in de gemeente Venray maar ook regio Gennep en Bergen . Als belader begint jouw werkdag tussen 06.30 uur en 07.00 uur. Je pakt een kop koffie en maakt een praatje met jouw collega’s. Een leuke en gezellige sfeer is namelijk erg belangrijk bij onze opdrachtgever. Hierna neem je samen de dag door, welke route rijden we en zijn er bijzonderheden; waar houden we pauze. Als dit allemaal duidelijk is dan controleer je de kraakperswagen op veiligheid en werking. Zodra je op pad bent zorg je ervoor dat al het afval netjes wordt opgehaald. Hiernaast help je de chauffeur met de veiligheid, samenwerken en veiligheid staan namelijk voorop! Klaar met de route? Dan rijd je terug naar de stortplaats en neemt met de teamleider de bijzonderheden door. Een goede voorbereiding is het halve werk. Jullie bekijken alvast welke route jullie morgen gaan rijden.Je werkdag eindigt tussen 15:00 en 17:00 uur. Waar ga je werken? Onze opdrachtgever is actief in meerdere branches. Zij verzorgen onder andere transport, grondverzet en sloopwerk, inname en recycling van afval- en reststoffen, het leveren van secundaire bouw- en grondstoffen, reparatie en onderhoud (APK) van bedrijfswagens, verhuur en verkoop van bedrijfswagens, maar daarnaast ook transport en bewerking van meststromen. Dit doen zij samen met een team van bijna 60 medewerkers verspreid over 5 locaties in Venray en Deurne. Deze locatie in Venray is goed bereikbaar vanuit Venlo, Horst en Boxmeer. Wie ben je? Voor deze functie is het vooral belangrijk dat je fysiek fit bent vanwege de werkzaamheden die je gaat uitvoeren. Daarnaast vragen wij het volgende van je: Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal; In verband met wet en regelgeving moet je minimaal 18 jaar oud zijn om aan de slag te gaan als belader: Je bent bereid je VCA te behalen via ons Parttime of fulltime beschikbaar Je bent beschikbaar van ma-vr tussen 6.30 en 17.30 uur Wat mag je verwachten? Wij bieden een leuke functie aan waarbij je tussen de 32 en 40 uur per week gaat werken in dagdienst. Verder kan jij het volgende verwachten: Je start met een bruto salaris van €16,25 per uur conform CAO beroepsgoederen vervoer; Beschik je over rijbewijs B? Dan kijken we graag met je mee om door te groeien naar chauffeur en je rijbewijs C via ons te behalen! Je hebt recht op diverse toeslagen wanneer je moet overwerken of bijvoorbeeld op een zaterdag; Je krijgt een reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 10km enkele reis; Je bouwt vakantiegeld op; Je zal via Olympia werkzaam zijn bij deze opdrachtgever; Vanaf de eerste dag ga jij pensioen opbouwen.

Voor een toonaangevend afvalinzamelingsbedrijf in Venray zoeken wij een gemotiveerde Chauffeur/Belader die samen met collega’s bijdraagt aan een schone en leefbare omgeving. Wat ga je doen? Als Chauffeur/Belader ben je dagelijks onderweg in woonwijken om verschillende afvalstromen in te zamelen. Je werk is afwisselend en fysiek actief, waardoor geen dag hetzelfde is. Rijden: Je bestuurt en manoeuvreert vakkundig een kraakperswagen Inzamelen: Samen met je collega leeg je containers en verzamel je (PMD-)zakken Samenwerken: Je vormt een hecht team en zorgt samen voor een efficiënte route Verantwoordelijkheid: Je werkt veilig en bent het visitekaartje richting bewoners Hoe ziet je werkdag eruit? Je start je dag tussen 06:30 en 07:00 uur met een kop koffie en een praatje met je collega’s. Daarna bespreken jullie de route en eventuele bijzonderheden. Voor vertrek controleer je de kraakperswagen op veiligheid en werking. Eenmaal onderweg zorg je er samen met je collega voor dat al het afval netjes en veilig wordt ingezameld. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inzamelen van huisvuil in de gemeente Venray en de regio Gennep. Je bent en of ondersteunt de chauffeur en speelt een belangrijke rol in het veilig en efficiënt uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden. Veiligheid en samenwerking staan hierbij altijd voorop. Na het afronden van de route rijd je terug naar de stortplaats en bespreek je de dag met de teamleider. Samen kijken jullie alvast vooruit naar de volgende werkdag.
