As a warehouse associate at DSV, you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting visual inspections of cell phones and other electronic devices

• Recording and processing information in the computer system

• Assisting at charging stations where phones are charged

• Inspecting devices for visible damage or defects

• Carefully processing administrative data

• Working in accordance with applicable quality and safety guidelines

You'll be working at logistics service provider DSV (formerly known as DB Schenker). This company has locations all over the world. Your new workplace is in Breda. In this modern warehouse, you'll be working with your colleagues on all kinds of electronic devices. To take a break every now and then, you can grab a bite to eat in the cafeteria during your breaks and catch up with colleagues.

Working hours
You'll work 40 hours per week between 7:00 a.m. And 3:30 p.m. Occasionally, your shift may run late. It's therefore important that you're flexible in this regard.

As a Senior Quality Assurance Associate – Clinical Supply Chain , you will be responsible for ensuring that medicines used in clinical trials meet the required quality and regulatory standards.
You will oversee quality processes related to the packaging, labelling, storage and distribution of clinical trial products. You will also work closely with departments such as Production, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Quality and Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance throughout the entire process.
Your main responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing batch documentation to support the certification and release of investigational medicinal products in accordance with EU and international regulations.
• Reviewing and approving clinical trial label artwork to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assessing temperature deviations during transportation and storage at clinical sites.
• Investigating and resolving quality and compliance issues related to the manufacturing and distribution of clinical products.
• Reviewing and approving minor deviations, ensuring that all procedures and regulatory requirements are followed.
• Creating, updating and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
• Preparing monthly quality reports and monitoring key performance indicators.
• Collaborating with different departments to identify quality risks and implement improvements.
• Providing hands-on Quality Assurance support during clinical packaging and labelling activities, including packaging checks, batch record reviews and resolving quality-related issues.
• Performing QA compliance checks to ensure that GMP and GDP standards are consistently maintained.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology or a related scientific field.
• Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance or manufacturing within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Experience with batch record reviews, quality investigations and/or analytical testing.
• Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and/or Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken (C1 level).
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with different departments.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to take ownership of responsibilities.
• Currently residing in the Netherlands or within a reasonable commuting distance of Breda.

• You speak good Dutch or English;
• You are available at least 2 days a week
• You have your own transport to get to the work location;
• It's no problem for you to stand for the entire shift and lift packages

What will you do
Want to know what it’s like to work as a warehouse associate in a cross-dock? We’d love to tell you! Together with your coworkers, you’ll make sure that all packages from around the world end up in the right place. This is all done by hand! You’ll inspect each package and place it in the correct container! You’re always busy, so this way you’ll definitely hit your daily step goal! ;) The packages can be heavy, so it’s important that you can handle physically demanding work. But luckily, that’s no problem for you! ;)

• Working days are Monday till Friday.
• Working hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. You can choose which shift you want to work!

Where will you work
You can find the warehouse on Moleneind at Paardebijsters 4. The location is easily accessible by your own car, scooter or bicycle. As a warehouse worker you will join a friendly team with international colleagues. Who knows, you might even learn a new language! ;) Get to know your colleagues by having a chat with them.
