Wij zoeken een Constructiewerker / Plaatwerker die graag werkt aan afwisselende plaat- en constructiewerkzaamheden binnen een professioneel en technisch productiebedrijf. Iemand die nauwkeurig werkt, graag met zijn handen bezig is en trots is op het eindresultaat.

Bij Holtrop & Jansma werken we aan machines en complete turn-key projecten voor onder andere het afzuigen, filteren en transporteren van stof in diverse industriële omgevingen. Daarbij hebben we veel disciplines in eigen huis, zoals engineering, productie, montage, elektro en software. Onze installaties worden geleverd aan bekende namen in onder andere de houtbouw, interieurbouw, metaal- en papierindustrie.

Functieomschrijving
Als Constructiewerker / Plaatwerker werk je in onze productiehal aan het samenstellen van plaat- en constructiewerk tot hoogwaardige eindproducten. Je ontvangt tekeningen en materialen vanuit de productie en gaat vervolgens zelfstandig aan de slag met de verdere uitvoering.

Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend: van lassen, zagen en boren tot buigen, knippen en rondwalsen. Soms bereken en teken je zelf lengtes en uitslagen af. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende onderdelen en constructies die uiteindelijk onderdeel worden van onze machines en installaties.

Verantwoordelijkheden en taken
Werken voor Holtrop & Jansma is werken aan uiteenlopende projecten voor gerenommeerde opdrachtgevers. Als Constructiewerker / Plaatwerker brengt dit de volgende werkzaamheden met zich mee:

• Je stelt plaatwerk en constructiewerk samen tot het gewenste eindresultaat;
• Je voert verschillende metaalbewerkingen uit, zoals lassen, zagen, knippen, boren, buigen en rondwalsen;
• Je leest tekeningen en werkt op basis van aangeleverde materialen en instructies;
• Je berekent en tekent waar nodig lengtes en uitslagen af;
• Je denkt mee over verbeteringen aan je eigen werkplek en aan de producten die je maakt;
• Je werkt veilig, zorgvuldig en volgens de geldende voorschriften;
• Je stemt bij vragen of onduidelijkheden af met de Meewerkend Voorman Constructie of het Hoofd Productie.

Functie-eisen
Wij vinden het belangrijk om de Holtrop & Jansma-kwaliteit en de goede werksfeer te waarborgen. Daarom zoeken wij iemand die past binnen ons team én beschikt over de juiste technische basis.

• Je hebt een technische achtergrond, bij voorkeur richting metaal;
• Je beschikt over kennis op een niveau vergelijkbaar met LTS-Metaal, bij voorkeur aangevuld met laservaring of lascursussen niveau 1 en 2;
• Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen en nauwkeurig werken;
• Je hebt ervaring met of interesse in bewerkingen zoals lassen, zagen, boren, buigen en plaatwerk;
• Je bent redelijk zelfstandig in de uitvoering van je werkzaamheden;
• Je werkt veilig en zorgvuldig;
• Je bent praktisch ingesteld en denkt graag mee over verbeteringen;
• Je kunt goed samenwerken met collega’s in de productie.

wat ga je doen
Je gaat samenwerken met een hecht team op de afdeling Bankwerkerij. Jullie krijgen complexe, hoogwaardige onderdelen rechtstreeks uit de productie. Aan jou de taak om deze onderdelen met ongekende precisie te perfectioneren. Je werkt met verschillende metaalsoorten, groottes en aantallen, waardoor geen dag hetzelfde is.

• Met speciaal gereedschap en onder een microscoop verwijder je scherpe randen en bramen.
• Lichte verspaning & bewerkingen: Denk aan tappen, boren, ruimen, polijsten, trommelen en lasergraveren.
• Je controleert maatvoeringen tot wel 0,002 mm, voer je optische controles uit en controleer je passingen met kalibers.
• Ultrasoon schoonmaken van onderdelen en ze verpakken volgens de juiste instructies.
• Je bedenkt en maakt soms kleine hulpstukken om bewerkingen mogelijk te maken én denkt mee over procesverbeteringen.

Als Quality Engineer binnen de QA-afdeling (met een speciale focus op de automotive-divisie) ben je de spil in kwaliteitsverbetering. Geen dag is hetzelfde! Met jouw analytische vaardigheden zorg je voor diepgaande analyses en de borging van oplossingen. Jouw belangrijkste taken:

• Je behandelt en analyseert dagelijkse interne afwijkingen en klantklachten;
• Je stelt 8D-rapportages op en zorgt voor een strakke opvolging;
• Samen met operationele en R&D-afdelingen zoek je naar de grondoorzaak (root cause) van problemen;
• Je werkt verbeterplannen uit, implementeert deze en borgt ze in het proces;
• Je spart continu met diverse afdelingen om het kwaliteitsbewustzijn op de werkvloer te vergroten.

wat ga je doen
Als Insteller Gereedschappen werk je in het hart van de motorenfabriek. Je start je dienst binnen de gereedschapsinstelruimte volgens de vaste ploegentijden. Aan een moderne werkbank herstel je boren, frezen en tappen die vanuit de verspaning binnenkomen. Je wisselt kleine onderdelen, spoelt componenten schoon en slijpt gereedschappen waar nodig. Uiteindelijk stel je de gereedschappen nauwkeurig in op de juiste lengte, zodat ze direct terug kunnen naar de productie.

• Je herstelt en onderhoudt snijgereedschappen aan de werkbank

Als Assemblagemedewerker sta je midden in het productieproces. Samen met jouw collega's zorg je ervoor dat elke klant een perfect product binnenkrijgt. Met technische instructies monteer je luifels, zonneschermen en screens. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het hele proces, van het samenstellen van de onderdelen tot de laatste kwaliteitscontrole.

Je maakt deel uit van het KAM‑team (8 collega’s) en werkt binnen Quality Assurance. Je schakelt dagelijks met productie, engineering, Quality Control en Inspectie. Vanuit jouw expertise zorg je dat kwaliteit structureel is ingebed in onze processen en dat afwijkingen worden geanalyseerd en opgelost.

Je werkt vanuit kantoor in Swalmen (Roermond). Binnen ons bedrijf heb je met veel verschillende collega’s te maken. Met de kwaliteitscontroleurs in de productie, met de productie-engineers over de verbeteringen en met het KAM-team over het grotere plaatje.
