Als Medewerker Wegtransport & Logistieke Planning in Rozenburg (Schipholrijk) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse beheer van vrachtwagenroutes en vrachtbewegingen in het netwerk. Je regelt de ophaal van goederen bij loodsen, stelt transportdocumenten op en bewaakt de planning van de ritten. In deze functie werk je in ploegendiensten, waarin je eventuele vertragingen signaleert en direct oplost.

Werkzaamheden

• Aanmaken van operationele gegevens voor geplande en ad-hoc vrachtwagenroutes.
• Coördineren van het ophalen van vracht bij CFS-locaties en externe partners.
• Opstellen van transportdocumenten zoals vrachtmanifesten en vrachtbrieven.
• Bijhouden van statuscodes en opvolgen van import- en exportworkflows.
• Controleren en in ontvangst nemen van inkomende netwerkvracht.
• Signaleren van vertragingen en capaciteitstekorten in het wegtransport.
• Inzetten van extra vrachtwagens of alternatieve routes bij storingen.
• Uitvoeren van oorzaakanalyses bij vertragingen en invoeren van foutcodes.

Wij zoeken

• MBO 3 of 4 werk- en denkniveau.
• Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal.

• Bereidheid om te werken in wekelijks roterende shifts (ochtend, avond, nacht) en weekenden.
