Overview

In this role, you will drive transformation projects for clients by structuring data, analyzing information, benchmarking, and facilitating workshops. You quickly assume team leadership and contribute to knowledge sharing across industry units. You will shape solutions through process mapping, specifications, and field interviews, while working in an international, fast-growing environment. Verantwoordelijkheden

• Execute transformation project work, including data structuring, analysis, and benchmarking
• Conduct people interviews, workshop facilitation, and process mapping
• Prepare functional specifications and supportive documentation
• Assume team leadership roles as soon as possible
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange via workshops, publications, and seminars

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 3 to 6 years experience as consultant in the required domains

• University Master Civil Engineer or Commercial Engineer

• Outstanding team player and good communication skills

• Strong interest in the energy sector

• Analytical mind, able to synthesize information into conclusions

• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed

• Languages: French, Dutch and English; Dutch is a must

• Willingness to participate in temporary assignments abroad
