Overview

In this role, you bridge corporate vision with daily execution by supporting strategic planning through rigorous data analysis and market research. You act as the operational engine to ensure milestones, OKRs, and KPIs are tracked, with risks flagged early. You will coordinate with multiple departments to align strategy with budgeting and governance, driving cross-functional execution. This position offers the chance to shape growth initiatives in a global, ESG-focused organization. You'll work at the heart of strategic decision-making to accelerate Delta's ambitious energy-efficient solutions mission.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Develop frameworks and models to evaluate new business initiatives
• Maintain strategic dashboards and track OKRs/KPIs for senior leadership
• Follow up with department heads to ensure action items are completed on schedule
• Coordinate with financial controllers and commercial teams to align planning with budgeting
• Identify bottlenecks in strategy execution and propose practical solutions

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Master in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related quantitative field

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, PMO, or analytical business operations

• Experience in power electronics, data centers, or energy infrastructure in Europe (preferable)

• Proactive follow-up

• Stakeholder management

• Excellent communication in a flat organizational structure

• Excel (financial modeling, data manipulation)

• Power BI (data visualization)
