Overview

As (Senior) Legal Counsel International Projects, you will provide legal support for international offshore construction efforts, with a focus on subsea cable installation and coastal energy infrastructure. You will work with cross-functional teams to navigate contractual, maritime, and commercial challenges, shaping risk management and compliance across projects. You will collaborate closely with the offshore energy unit to enable successful project delivery at scale. This role offers an opportunity to influence complex international projects and contribute to the company's leadership in subsea energy solutions.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Advise on and negotiate international contracts for offshore construction projects
• Draft and review contractual, maritime and commercial agreements
• Manage risk assessment and compliance for cross-border work
• Support commercial negotiations and project plans with internal teams
• Coordinate with external counsel and regulatory stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to maritime laws and industry standards
• Support bid and tender processes with legal input
• Provide guidance on dispute resolution and claims management
