Overview

In this role, you lead modules within larger strategy projects and manage smaller engagements, shaping mobility and transportation initiatives. You work closely with partners and senior colleagues to deliver high-impact client solutions and develop your team. You'll influence strategic directions through hands-on project leadership, knowledge capture, and cross-office collaboration. This role offers autonomy, mentoring, and direct exposure to senior leadership on meaningful mobility projects.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Lead modules in larger projects and manage smaller ones (typically 3-5 consultants)
• Direct client contact and lead client presentations
• Coach and develop project team members
• Collaborate with industry experts within Roland Berger
• Contribute to knowledge development from client work
• Participate in office-wide projects and sector studies
• Take an active role in business development efforts

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 4-7 years of experience in strategy and/or management consulting or in strategic/operational roles at a large company or public sector

• Prior involvement in mobility is required

• Technical affinity and commercial insight

• Analytical thinking and clear argument structuring

• Precision and open-mindedness

• Experience managing others and delegating to junior team members

• Familiarity with financial modeling (Excel), presentation visualization (PowerPoint), and storytelling

• Strong oral, written, and English language skills
