who are you

You are a motivated, reliable worker who takes pride in neat, accurate work. You pick up new skills quickly and enjoy working with equipment. To succeed in this role, you bring:

• Experience in a production environment is preferred, but personal drive and willingness to learn are what count most.
• Good speed and high accuracy in your work.
• Ability to learn and operate different cutting machines.
• Strong timekeeping and organizational skills.
• Excellent command of English (both spoken and written).

what will you do

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating different cutting machines and maintaining high product quality standards. You will ensure orders are cut accurately and processed on schedule.

What will you be doing?

• Cutting parts using various cutting machines.
• Checking parts to ensure they meet quality requirements.
• Accurately completing production logs and records.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy work area.
• Assisting with other daily production tasks as needed.

You will work for an established global leader in thermal interface materials and specialized silicone rubber processing. The company's products are used worldwide across sectors such as automotive, electronics, and heavy machinery.

You will join a focused manufacturing team that values craftsmanship, creativity, and steady growth. The role is 100% on site, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
