Overview

As a Process Engineer (Tooling) you will enable reliable tooling for ASML's manufacturing of advanced semiconductor equipment. You will join the Motion Tooling team in Veldhoven to standardize tooling processes and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing, logistics, and engineering. You will optimize data, master data, and workflows to support operational excellence and scalable processes. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to implement improvements and monitor performance. This role offers the chance to contribute to ASML's technology roadmap in a collaborative, global environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end tooling and logistics processes
• Maintain and improve process data and master data within SAP
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders to align ways of working, process ownership, and operational requirements
• Create and maintain process documentation, procedures, and work instructions
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor process performance and service levels
• Support daily tooling operations while driving continuous improvement activities

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Bachelor in business administration, industrial engineering, logistics engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in process management, process improvement, or process analysis

• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, or similar business systems

• Experience with process modeling, reporting, and performance analysis

• Knowledge of logistics or supply chain processes within a technical or manufacturing environment

• Understanding of Lean or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred

• Project management experience is considered an advantage

• Effective stakeholder communication across operational and management levels

• Ability to analyze complex challenges and translate insights into practical solutions

• Strong collaboration in multidisciplinary teams
