Overview

In this role you lead the end-to-end NPI quality function in a high-tech semiconductor setting. You will align quality and reliability standards with R&D and cross-functional teams to embed robust processes early in Front-End development. You drive reliability strategies for new technology, manage risk assessments and failure investigations, and push continuous improvement across engineering and quality. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge semiconductor innovations and international collaboration, with a strong impact on product quality and process excellence.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Manage end-to-end NPI quality team with focus on failure analysis, reliability and quality
• Translate customer and business quality requirements into measurable engineering standards
• Drive reliability strategies for new technology developments
• Perform risk assessments using FMEA, 8D, DoE, and Six Sigma methodologies
• Support failure analysis activities and reliability investigations
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to improve process quality
• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and quality
• Manage and report on project quality activities within multidisciplinary development programs

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Master's degree in a technical discipline

• 5+ years of experience in quality and reliability engineering

• Knowledge of semiconductor Front-End technologies (GaN / III-V desirable)

• Experience with statistical analysis methods and quality tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Comfortable working independently within international teams
