This role focuses on coordinating daily outbound freight and delivering dependable customer support. You begin your morning at 08:30 AM by mapping out truck schedules and checking pending bookings. Your day is spent managing shipments, answering customer questions, and keeping system records error-free. At 05:00 PM, you sign off with all outgoing loads confirmed and ready for delivery.

Werkzaamheden

• Planning outgoing trucks according to daily distribution targets.
• Managing end-to-end customer service for every transport assignment.
• Answering customer requests quickly via phone and email.
• Tracking daily delivery statuses and addressing deviations.
• Suggesting practical improvements for daily planning routines.

Wij zoeken

• Proficiency in English or Dutch.
• Ability to stay organized within a consistent, recurring schedule.
• High level of accuracy and self-reliance.
• Accountable approach: you follow through on commitments.
• Background in transport planning or operational administration is a plus.

Wij bieden

• Fixed monthly salary of € 2,900.00 gross.
• Working schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM.
• 25 holiday days per year.
• 8% holiday pay.
