Overview

In this Marketing Manager role, you will drive marketing activities for France & Benelux to unlock growth and value for customers. You'll deploy marketing services around portfolio deployment, sustainability, and communication, collaborating with sales, marketing, sustainability, and regional teams. The role blends execution with cross-border projects and stakeholder management, offering international exposure and a focus on responsible, sustainable growth. You'll contribute to lead generation, market deployment, and portfolio optimization in a fast-paced, global context.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Contribute to the Market Business Plan and growth initiatives for identified priority categories
• Identify and champion new product requirements based on value chain needs and coordinate with product teams
• Collaborate with customers to align on marketing services and deliver customer value
• Manage Market Promotional Investment following defined processes
• Lead cross-border sustainability projects and contribute to sustainable portfolio deployment across Packaging, Processing and Services
• Support marketing lead generation, nurture opportunities, and monitor the sales pipeline toward 3Y growth targets

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 3-5 years of marketing experience in a B2B/B2C context

• Experience in sustainability-focused companies or roles

• University/college degree or MBA in Marketing or equivalent

• Fluency in English and Dutch

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills

• Ability to visit customers and travel within France & Benelux, with some travel to Italy and Sweden

• Energetic and resilient

• Strategic thinking with ownership of projects

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Marketing automation awareness

• Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint proficiency
