For our client, we are looking for a dedicated Logistics Specialist (Warehouse) to join the team in Tilburg! In this role, you will act as the crucial operational bridge between inventory management and order fulfillment. You will ensure that stock is accurately arranged, readily available, and optimized for warehouse operations according to both daily demand and forecasted schedules.

who are you

You are a proactive professional who excels at planning, communicating, and problem-solving. Busy days and sudden changes do not scare you, and you focus on details while working well in a team. You also meet the following criteria:

• you hold a bachelor or master degree, preferably in logistics or supply chain
• you have one to three years of work experience in a relevant field and strong spreadsheet skills
• you speak and write fluent English/Hungarian, and speaking Chinese is a strong preference
• you already possess a valid visa for the Netherlands with a validity of at least three years

what will you do

as a Logistics Specialist (Warehouse), your primary responsibility is to coordinate inventory and fulfillment activities from demand planning all the way to final order completion.

your daily tasks will include:

• allocating inventory based on daily order demand, production schedules, and project requirements;
• monitoring production tasks, wave scheduling per shift, and logistics delivery timelines;
• coordinating material readiness for picking, packing, and outbound fulfillment workflows;
• resolving production bottlenecks and working with suppliers to ensure on-time completion;
• aligning with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) and supporting inventory audits and cycle counts.
