Are you accurate, well-organized and interested in logistics and quality control? For an international organisation, we are looking for a Logistics Employee Incoming Goods who will ensure a smooth and careful seed reception process.

Over de functie

As a Logistics Employee Incoming Goods, you will be responsible for preparing, planning and monitoring the daily process of receiving seeds. Together with the Receiving Team, you will ensure that all incoming deliveries are properly inspected, registered and processed.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out daily planning tasks related to receiving seeds.
• Checking the visual quality of incoming seeds, including moisture levels and external characteristics.
• Checking quantities, weights and accompanying documentation.
• Taking samples for quality inspections.
• Registering and processing incoming deliveries in the SAP system.
• Maintaining and checking stock records.
• Ensuring accurate administrative processing and tracking of all incoming batches.
• Working in accordance with applicable quality and safety regulations (HSE).

Wat wij vragen

• MBO-level education or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in logistics or administrative work is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good command of the English language.
• You are accurate, analytical and have good communication skills.
• You are flexible, able to work under pressure and have an eye for quality and safety.
• You are physically fit and able to lift packages weighing up to 20 kg.
