Overview

In this role you design and integrate high-assurance C++ software for embedded systems and hardware, while driving DevOps improvements to streamline builds, tests, and tooling. You work with a team of senior engineers to ensure reliability, performance, and timing precision across complex platforms. You will automate workflows, strengthen CI/CD, and develop Python tooling to reduce repetitive work. This position offers strategic projects and collaboration with domain experts in a cutting-edge high-tech environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Design, implement, and verify subsystems and components in embedded systems
• Integrate software with complex hardware/software ecosystems
• Apply OOP, UML, unit testing, and modern design principles
• Improve engineering workflow and CI/CD pipelines
• Automate builds and test execution
• Develop Python tooling to remove repetitive manual work
• Enhance developer experience and software quality

Belangrijkste vereisten

• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience in high-tech or embedded environments

• Strong OO design in C++ and experience with Python (preferred)

• Experience optimizing, setting up or maintaining CI/CD and build environments

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (strong plus)

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software design principles

• Ability to solve technically challenging problems and take ownership of process improvements
