Overview

In this role you partner with the CFO and Management Team to turn financial and operational data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions. You will strengthen financial control, professionalize the finance function, and support international growth for a technology-driven business. You'll combine hands-on financial execution with broad strategic thinking, tackling CAPEX planning, project budgeting, and resource allocation. You'll work cross-functionally to improve processes and reporting, creating scalable governance for a fast-growing organization. This is a hands-on, business-facing role with visible impact across the company.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Prepare management reports, forecasts, financial analyses, and scenario models to inform decision-making
• Monitor budgets and investments, identify financial risks, and advise on priorities and optimization opportunities
• Strengthen internal controls, governance, and reporting structures to professionalize the finance function
• Support CAPEX planning, project budgeting, and resource allocation in a complex, project-driven environment
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for management and external advisors; collaborate with CFO and Management Team
• Contribute to day-to-day operations while maintaining a strategic perspective; act as a true business partner to cross-functional teams

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 7+ years of experience in a finance role (e.g., Business Controller, FP&A Controller, Project Controller)

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

• Experience with process improvement, internal controls, governance, and insurance

• Ability to conduct scenario analyses, resource allocation, and project-level financial oversight

• Skilled in delivering management and board/investor reports and translating data into insights

• Experience in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple concurrent projects

• Hands-on, proactive, and able to bring structure and data-driven decision-making to a growing organization

• Proven experience in a project-driven business with knowledge of PoC (Percentage of Completion) and revenue recognition

• Strong analytical skills with financial modelling, advanced Excel, and BI tools such as Power BI

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work with project managers, senior management, and external advisors

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
