Are you technically minded and enjoy working with your hands? For a great assembly role in Oss, we are looking for a precise and practical Mechanic Assembly who enjoys working on complex machines
What are you going to do?

• Assembling components and sub assemblies of mobile tower cranes.
• Working according to technical drwaings, procedures and work intstructions.
• Selecting and using the correct materials, hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Checking your work usig the required checklists.
• Identifying defectts or irregularities during assembly.
• Thinking along with the team about possible improvements.
• Registering completed work in the shop floor system.
• Working safely and keeping your workplace clean and organized.
• Working closely with your team leader and colleagues to complete assignments.

• You can expect a salary between €2,870 and €4,183 gross per month, depending on your experience and level.
• You’ll be working day shifts starting around 6:30/7:30 AM, in consultation with the team leader.
• You’ll get the chance to work on technically challenging machines, further develop your skills, and grow within different technical levels.

As a Mechanic Assembly, you will be part of the Production Assembly team responsible for building mobile tower cranes according to strict quality standards and production planning.

Your main goal is simmple: Make sure the crane and it's components are assembled correctly, safely and on time.

Depending on your experience and technical level, you may work with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and software related systems.

What you will do

• Assemble fine mechatronic installations and applications
• Work according to strict production procedures and quality standards
• Perform production and assembly tasks in a cleanroom
• Test, adjust and inspect assembled modules
• Collaborate with colleagues on improvements and innovations
• Prepare orders and handle shipment of finished parts
• Record work activities and produce quality reports

Who we are looking for

• Experience with precision mechanical assembly
• Affinity with technology and strong attention to detail
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing is a plus
• Willingness to work according to cleanroom procedures
• No objection to 2‑shift work
• Accurate, eager to learn and team‑oriented

Voorwaarden

What we offer

• Contract 36–40 hours per week
• Salary up to €3,800 gross per month including allowances
• Shift allowance 16% for 2‑shift work
• Attractive bonus scheme
