Als Proces Operator draag je direct bij aan een soepel orderpickproces in een warehouse in Varsseveld. Je houdt installaties operationeel door eerste-lijns storingen te lokaliseren en te verhelpen, zowel aan een ouder mechanisch systeem als aan een modern Knapp-systeem. Storingen op het moderne systeem verschijnen op je tablet; vaak los je die zelfstandig op, anders schakel je met de externe hotline of met de technische dienst. Daarnaast voer je gepland schoonmaakwerk uit volgens schema, registreer je meldingen en voer je kleine administratieve taken uit. Je werkt in wisselende diensten met af en toe een zaterdagmiddagdienst. De functie vraagt praktisch technisch inzicht, een gestructureerde werkhouding en duidelijke communicatie.

Functie-inhoud

• Bewaken en herstellen van 1e-lijns storingen zodat het orderpickproces ononderbroken blijft draaien, inclusief blokkades en sensorstoringen.
• Monitoren en oplossen van storingen op het moderne Knapp-systeem via tablet, en bij complexere gevallen schakelen met de hotline.
• Samenwerken met de technische dienst bij lastige storingen en uitvoeren van gepland onderhoud en reiniging volgens vast schema.
• Registreren van incidenten, uitvoeren van kleine administratieve taken en doen van concrete voorstellen voor procesverbetering.

Functie-eisen

• MBO-werk- en denkniveau met ervaring of aantoonbaar vakmanschap in het werken aan technische installaties binnen een warehouse-omgeving.
• Je werkt zelfstandig, stelt prioriteiten onder druk en handelt servicegericht richting interne stakeholders en gebruikers van het systeem.
• Goede beheersing van het Nederlands; Engels en/of Duits zijn een pré voor communicatie met externe leveranciers en hotlines.
• Bereidheid om in wisselende diensten te werken, inclusief vroege, late diensten en incidentele zaterdagmiddagdiensten.

Functieomschrijving

In de functie van Warehouse Supervisor (WPS) ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie binnen de afdeling Warehouse, Packaging & Shipping. Je geeft leiding aan een team van circa 20 operators (vast personeel en contractors) en zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens de geldende kwaliteitsnormen worden uitgevoerd.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

• Aansturen en motiveren van een team van operators en contractors.
• Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de volledige dagelijkse operatie binnen de WPS-afdeling.
• Toezicht houden op verpakkings-, opslag- en laadwerkzaamheden.
• Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en housekeeping (5S).
• Coachen, ontwikkelen en opleiden van medewerkers.
• Opstellen en onderhouden van planningen voor verpakkings- en laadactiviteiten.
• Continu verbeteren van processen volgens NEN- en IATF-standaarden.
• Onderhouden van opleidings- en onderhoudsplannen in samenwerking met andere afdelingen.
• Verantwoordelijk voor werkvergunningen binnen de afdeling.
• Contact onderhouden met uitzendbureaus over de inzet van contractors.

wat ga je doen
Als Warehouse Operator zijn de werktijden van 08:30 tot 17:00 uur, ingepland van maandag tot en met zondag tot maximaal 40 uur per week (inclusief twee keer per zes weken een weekenddienst).

Je werkt in een GMP-cleanroomomgeving waar kwaliteit en veiligheid centraal staan. Tot je dagelijkse taken behoort het grondig schoonmaken en steriliseren van productie-items en bakken met chloor en IPA (alcohol). Elke ochtend en middag begint met een teamoverleg. Je draagt beschermende kleding, waaronder een cleanroompak en zo nodig een speciale zuurstofkap en betreedt af en toe voor korte periodes de koelcel.

• Inbound & Outbound (laden en lossen).
• Orders aanmaken, controleren en waar nodig corrigeren.
• Schoonmaken van productiematerialen.
• Inventarisaties en kwaliteitscontroles van goederen.
• Af en toe werken in een vriescel (-40 graden), nooit langer dan 10 minuten achter elkaar.
