Over de vacature

Als Proces Operator C ben je verantwoordelijk voor de veilige en betrouwbare werking van energieproducerende installaties die warmte en elektriciteit leveren voor de regio. Je bedient en bewaakt STEG-eenheden, een biomassacentrale en ondersteunende systemen zoals e-boilers en buffers. In deze rol werk je in een 5-ploegendienst en neem je direct deel aan normaal en groot onderhoud. Je geeft sturing aan minder ervaren operators, bent actief betrokken bij continu verbeteren en werkt volgens strikte veiligheidsprocedures. Technische kennis, praktisch handelen en het overdragen van vakmanschap staan centraal in deze rol. De functie vraagt ervaring in warmte- of energieproductie en een proactieve, oplossingsgerichte houding.

Functie-inhoud

• Bedienen en bewaken van STEG-eenheden, gasturbine en stoomturbine in het dagelijkse productieproces.
• Controleren en analyseren van procesparameters en direct corrigerende acties uitvoeren bij afwijkingen.

who are you
You are reliable, accurate, and quality-minded. Experience as an operator, assembly worker, or in production is preferred. But a hardworking and positive attitude is most important! Furthermore, you meet the requirements mentioned below:

• You speak English well
• You are full-time available
• You are available to work in 2 shifts
• You are willing to work in 5-shifts in the future
• You have your own transport to travel to Best

what will you do
As a Machine Operator in the Grids department, you play an important role. You make parts for X-Ray machines used in hospitals worldwide. Together with a team of about 14 colleagues, you operate and check the machines along the production line

• Load materials like lead strips and glue into the machines;
• Set up machines, start the process, and monitor the production;
• Measure finished grid parts with special measuring tools;
• Perform careful quality checks on all products;
• Keep your workstation clean, safe, and organized.

• accurately log production data and downtime or system faults.
