Als Proces Operator draag je direct bij aan een soepel orderpickproces in een warehouse in Varsseveld. Je houdt installaties operationeel door eerste-lijns storingen te lokaliseren en te verhelpen, zowel aan een ouder mechanisch systeem als aan een modern Knapp-systeem. Storingen op het moderne systeem verschijnen op je tablet; vaak los je die zelfstandig op, anders schakel je met de externe hotline of met de technische dienst. Daarnaast voer je gepland schoonmaakwerk uit volgens schema, registreer je meldingen en voer je kleine administratieve taken uit. Je werkt in wisselende diensten met af en toe een zaterdagmiddagdienst. De functie vraagt praktisch technisch inzicht, een gestructureerde werkhouding en duidelijke communicatie.

Functie-inhoud

• Bewaken en herstellen van 1e-lijns storingen zodat het orderpickproces ononderbroken blijft draaien, inclusief blokkades en sensorstoringen.
• Monitoren en oplossen van storingen op het moderne Knapp-systeem via tablet, en bij complexere gevallen schakelen met de hotline.
• Samenwerken met de technische dienst bij lastige storingen en uitvoeren van gepland onderhoud en reiniging volgens vast schema.

In deze functie draag je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor de operationele resultaten en de aansturing van jouw team in het distributiecentrum. Je start de dienst met een analyse van de dagtargets en verdeelt de taken om een maximale efficiëntie op de vloer te realiseren. Gedurende de dag monitor je de voortgang, coach je medewerkers op hun prestaties en grijp je direct in wanneer veiligheids- of kwaliteitsnormen in het geding komen. Je bent de onmisbare schakel tussen de werkvloer en het operationeel management en zorgt voor een foutloze doorstroom van goederen.

Werkzaamheden

• Aansturen en motiveren van een team logistiek medewerkers en operators.
• Bewaken en behalen van afdelings-KPI’s zoals productiviteit, nauwkeurigheid en veiligheid.
• Beheren van de dagplanning en bijsturen van de personele bezetting waar nodig.
• Voeren van voortgangsgesprekken en geven van constructieve feedback aan teamleden.
• Toezien op strikte naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en interne kwaliteitsprotocollen.
• Signaleren van procesverbeteringen om de logistieke flow te optimaliseren.
• Controleren van de correcte administratieve afhandeling in het Warehouse Management Systeem (WMS).

In the role of Expedition Worker, you manage the flow of goods entering and leaving the warehouse. From 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday, you operate equipment such as forklifts and electric pallet trucks to unload incoming trucks and position freight correctly. You check shipments against paperwork and ensure outbound cargo is loaded efficiently. English is used for daily communication across the shop floor.

As a Reach Truck Driver, you make sure goods are stored safely and efficiently and that orders are ready on time. You will mainly operate the reach truck, working at heights of up to 7 metres. When needed, you will also support other warehouse activities. Your responsibilities include: - Safely and accurately moving goods with the reach truck, up to 7 metres high;

• Loading and unloading pallets and other goods;
• Storing goods in the correct locations;
• Picking orders and preparing them for shipment;
