Who you are

What will you do

Like I already said you will be handling packages. The truck with the packages arrives and needs to be unloaded. Then the packages need to be sorted on the right postal code. Once this is done, the packages can go to the people at home. Then your job as a warehouse employee comes to an end. But the next day it will continue, of course! Then the next deliveries will arrive at the warehouse of DPD Rijssen.

  • Working days: Monday through Sunday.

who are you

We currently have two open positions within the warehouse. We are looking for a reach truck driver and a candidate for the Inbound department (responsible for registering incoming goods). For the reachtruck position we are looking for a candidate who can drive the reachtruck. Experience is more important than the certificate. If you don't have a certificate or it's expired, you can get a new one by Randstad. Having experience with loading containers and working with computers is a big plus.
The Inbound role requires someone who is tech-savvy and comfortable working with different software systems.

To work as a warehouse employee, you need to speak English well. You are able to work independently but aren't afraid to ask for help when needed. If this sounds like you, check if you recognize yourself in the following:

The European Distribution Center (EDC) department is located in Veghel.
It employs about 60 logistics professionals of different ages and backgrounds. They are in charge of the intake, booking, packing, checking, identification, storage, movement, and loading/unloading of all goods. This is for the international projects of the Airports, Warehouse, and Parcel departments of Vanderlande.
