Who you are
As a warehouse Employee at PostNL Tilburg, you are a crucial part of the evening/night team! No work experience or diploma? No problem! At PostNL, you can start right away and gain work experience! However, we do ask for the following:
- You are willing to be available 3 to 5 days per week.
- You are available from Monday to Friday (Sunday optional).
- You have flexible availability between 17:30 and 02:45.
- You are available to work for at least 3 months.
- You speak either Dutch or English.
- You have your own transportation to travel to Mobilisatiedok 4 in Nieuwegein.
- You are physically able to lift boxes up to 23 kilos if needed.
What will you do
As a warehouse Employee, you and your colleagues ensure that packages are sorted and loaded. Additionally, you take care of loading and unloading packages. Together with your colleagues, you make sure the packages reach the right owner on time! And hey, forget those expensive gym memberships! The packages you lift can weigh up to 25 kg. Free workout, anyone? Your working days and hours? They look like this:
- Mandatory availability from Sunday through Friday
- Working hours between 5:30 pm - 1:30 am and extra available shifts from 03:00 pm - 11:00 pm and from 10:00 pm - 6:00 am.
Where will you work
You will work in the package warehouse at PostNL in Tilburg, located at Ledeboerstraat 76. Here, you will join a super diverse and international team. This means you’ll hear Dutch, English and maybe even a whole other language around you. And who knows, you might pick up a new language while you work! To be considered for this position, we ask the following:

where will you work
You will work at Active Ants in Roosendaal. This is a large, modern warehouse near the center. The company manages logistics for about 100 famous brands. Think of Basic Fit and Holland & Barrett. The atmosphere on the work floor is informal and fun.
At Active Ants you will receive irregularity allowance;
- Night shifts (01.00 - 06.00): +25% extra.
- Saturday evening (19.00 - 01.00): +30% extra.
- Saturday night (01.00 - 07.00): +50% extra.
- Sunday (depending on the hours): +20% to +50% extra.

where will you work
As a warehouse employee, you ensure that mechanics can head out with the right equipment every morning. You work in an informal and friendly environment where you sort shipments ranging from small parts to complete pallets. - Salary of €15.00 for hours between 19:45 and 22:00, and from 22:00 onwards you earn €19.50 per hour. You even get paid during your break!
