What will you do

As a parttime warehouse employee at Samsung SDS in Breda, you’ll help keep the logistics flow moving! Instead of doing just one task all day, you’ll rotate between different departments. So your work stays nice and varied. You’ll quickly learn where your strengths are! 💪

You’ll work parttime from Monday to Friday, in two shifts. Typically split between a morning and an evening shift. Each department follows its own schedule. So your exact working hours depend on the team you’ll be working with!

These departments are available 👇

  • Inbound: this is where it all starts! Incoming goods are checked and stored in the correct locations.
  • Orderpicking: orders are collected here using Google Glass 😎. Fast, efficient and hands-free!
  • Masterpack: all orders are packed and prepped for shipment.
  • Outbound: the final step! Orders are made shipment-ready and sent to customers all over the world.
Where will you work

You’ll work as a warehouse employee at Samsung SDS in Breda, located near the Woonboulevard. The warehouse is easy to reach by car or bike!

This location focuses on spare parts. So you’ll handle a wide range of Samsung components. You’ll be working in an international team and during your breaks you can unwind in the canteen. Fresh sandwiches and a warm meal included! 🥪

who are you

As a warehouse worker at Bidfood, you recognize yourself in the following.

what will you do

As an order picker, you and your team are responsible for collecting orders using a voice-picking system. You locate the correct products, load them into rolling containers, and transport the filled containers to the loading zone. Once that’s done, you jump right into the next order. Keep in mind, the work can be physically demanding, including lifting boxes that weigh up to 16 kg.

At Bidfood there are both part-time and fulltime possibilities as a warehouse employee. If you work part-time you work for 2 to 4 days per week. Rather work fulltime? Then you will work 4 till 5 days per week.

  • Working hours are Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 14:30 and 14:30 – 23:00, Sun: 15:00 – 23:00.
  • Do you work part-time? In that case, starting at 17:30 on weekdays is possible upon consultation. Working on Sundays is mandatory.

Bidfood is the leading wholesale supplier for the hospitality industry in the Netherlands. As an order picker at Bidfood in Ede, you contribute to delivering high-quality products to your favorite restaurants. The locations include the National Distribution Center (LDC), where dry products are stored, and the National Fresh Center (LVC). Join the team at LDC as an order picker and become part of this dynamic team!

The working hours at Bidfood LDC are:
Mon - Fri: 06:00 - 14:30 and 14:30 - 23:00.
Sun: 15:00 - 23:00.

Are you available in the evening for a nice side job? Then your shift starts at 14:30. But, it's also okay if you are available from 17:00.
