De werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

• Productie van nabewerkt en/of verpakt eindproduct volgens de kwaliteitsspecificaties;
• Keuren van de te verwerken eindproduct voorafgaand aan verpakken, keuren en beheersen van de kwaliteit van het nabewerkte en/of verpakte eindproduct;
• Correcte afstelling en instelling van de gebruikte apparatuur;
• Beheer van de hygiënische toestand van de gebruikte installatie met de directe omgeving;
• Werken volgens alle veiligheid, HACCP, voedselveiligheid- en bedrijfsvoorschriften.

• 2-ploegendienst: Vroege dienst van 07:00 tot 15:00 en late dienst van 15:00 tot 23:00.
• Dienstcyclus: 1 week vroeg, 1 week laat, waarna de cyclus opnieuw start.
• Werkdagen: van maandag tot en met vrijdag.
• Salaris: volgens het salarishuis, met jaarlijkse verhoging via trede of percentage boven de trede.

• Vakantie: 28 dagen; bij een jaar zonder ziekte komen daar 3 extra dagen bij.
• Vakantiegeld: 8% van het jaarsalaris.
• Pensioen: eigen inleg 2,7%.
• Ploegentoeslag: 12,5%.
• WGA Hiaat verzekering: eigen inleg 0,24% (2025).

As a Production Operator, you are an important part of the production process. You make sure the machines are running properly and that production continues according to schedule.
Your responsibilities include: - Operating and setting up production machines;

• Changing and adjusting machines between different production runs;
• Performing quality checks on the products;
• Identifying and solving minor technical issues;
• Cleaning and maintaining the machines;
• Recording production data, malfunctions and solutions;
• Thinking along about improvements to the production process;
• Working closely with your colleagues to keep production running smoothly.You will work in a 3-shift schedule:
  • 06:00 – 14:00
  • 14:00 – 22:00
  • 22:00 – 06:00The factory operates from Sunday evening until Friday evening.

Functie-eisen

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with machines and already has experience in a production environment. You preferably have: - Experience as a Production Operator, Machine Operator, Machine Technician or Production Worker.

• Experience in the food industry is a strong advantage.
• At least MBO 1/2 working and thinking level or equivalent practical experience.
• Technical experience and an interest in machinery.
• Good command of the English language.
• Willingness to work full-time in a 3-shift schedule.
• Your own transport to reach our location in Lelystad.
• A good physical condition and no problem with standing for longer periods.

At International Flavors & Fragrances in Tilburg, you will play a key role in creating high-quality fragrance components used worldwide in popular products like detergents, cosmetics, and perfumes. Your daily tasks combine precise weighing, process monitoring, and quality control: - Working strictly by recipe, you use a mobile weighing station to accurately weigh ingredients-sometimes up to 30 different components per batch.

• After weighing, you expertly blend the ingredients to properly prepare the fragrance materials for the next production steps.
• You closely watch the machines and installations, intervening when necessary to keep everything running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
• You continuously inspect products against strict standards and ensure a safe, clean, and organized workspace.

Working hours in 5 shifts (2-2-2)- Early shift from 07:00 to 15:00

• Late shift from 15:00 to 23:00
• Night shift from 23:00 to 07:00

• An hourly wage of €21.11, supplemented by a 30% shift allowance paid over all hours worked, bringing total earnings to €3,900+ gross per month.
