Voor de functie van platform specialist zijn we op zoek naar iemand die nauwkeurig is en kritisch werkt. Via verschillende systemen controleer je of zij zich aan het platformbeleid houden. Met jouw analytische instelling zoek je zaken tot de bodem uit en handel je altijd rechtvaardig. Bij overtredingen onderneem je actie, waarbij je niet bang bent om een partner aan te spreken. Je controleert bewijsstukken en zorgt ervoor dat klanten alleen goede producten kunnen bestellen.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

• Je hebt minimaal HBO werk- denkniveau;
• Je vindt het leuk om met verschillende systemen te werken;
• Je hebt affiniteit met IT of e-commerce;
• Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands;
• Je bent beschikbaar voor 32, 36 of 40 uur per week.

Tijdens de je functie als platform specialist ga je op zoek naar producten op het platform die niet helemaal pluis zijn. Je controleert de partners van Bol via verschillende systemen. Je kijkt onder andere of zij zich aan het platformbeleid houden.

Je kijkt verder dan alleen cijfers: Houden ze zich aan de levertermijn, product documentatie of is er creatief gefotoshopt? Als er iets niet in de haak is, neem jij contact op met de verkoper.

Over de vacature

We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist with a strong affinity for analysis
methodology and computerized systems to support our Quality Control laboratories.
You will act as the Subject Matter Expert for automation topics, including; data integrity, introduction
and maintenance of computerized systems and laboratory robotics and help ensure
GMP compliance while supporting LEAN initiatives across the team and process.

Do you recognize yourself in the following aspects?

• Bachelor or Master degree in Life Sciences, Applied Physics, Chemistry or in other such position.
• Ability to think critically and resolve issues.
• Excellent understanding of Excel-based precise formulas.
• Experience with (Computer) System Validation in an GXP environment.
• Proven experience in automation, quality control or related fields.
• Experience with the Empower software platform is a plus.
• Skilled at planning, prioritizing tasks, and thriving in a fast-paced setting.
• Good team player, also able to work independently. You are able to take actions in absence of specific instructions. You can read and write protocols/reports, business correspondence and procedures.

The Automation Specialist will work on the implementation of automation products. These are related to separation assays (i.e., chromatography) in a dedicated team supporting 5 departments, 300 people, and nearly 250 systems. This role is project based. You will be part of the Empower project team. You will participate as project member, where you will build, design, and release of Empower report methods/projects, design and development of custom fields. Within the position you also will:

•  Lead technical implementation of new laboratory systems in collaboration with cross functional teams. Systems range from standalone analytical instruments to complex global platforms interfacing with LIMS.
•  Implement and maintain SDMS solutions and drive opportunities for paperless workflows.
•  Create and maintain administrator, technical installation, and maintenance procedures.
•  Own data integrity practices, including backup strategies and (disaster) recovery planning.
•  Provide timely support and troubleshooting for computerized system issues.
•  Ensure equipment implementations meet 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements.
• organization and aligned with business needs.
•  Perform software validation and deliver validated methods to labs to enable new testing approaches for new products. Support and troubleshoot day to day challenges as part of the support team.

In this position you will work at Johnson & Johnson Innovative medicine. The need for automation support on Lab Systems is growing. The quality of data management, systems processes and standards (leverage on existing and implementing new technologies) need improvement continually. Lab Systems variate from analytical equipment to complex global platform projects. For example LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems), SDMS (Scientific Data Management System) and future new paperless opportunities. Other relevant information for this positions
