Your Responsibilities are:

• Interpret technical drawings and prepare welding activities accordingly.

• Set up and operate orbital welding machines and welding heads.

• Adjust and optimize welding programs when required.

• Manufacture small production batches and custom-made components with high accuracy.

• Inspect completed products and perform quality checks according to specifications.

• Prepare thin-walled stainless steel tubing (diameter 5–20 mm) for further assembly operations.

Wat je gaat doen As an Orbital Welder, you'll manufacture high-precision stainless steel tubing and components used in advanced semiconductor systems. Working in a cleanroom environment, you'll use specialised orbital welding equipment to produce parts where even the smallest deviation matters. Your work directly contributes to technology used by some of the world's leading high-tech companies.
Your responsibilities include:

• Reading technical drawings and preparing welding operations;
• Programming and operating orbital welding equipment;
• Preparing, aligning, and fitting stainless steel components;
• Applying purging and forming techniques to achieve high-quality welds;
• Inspecting weld quality and dimensional accuracy;
• Identifying and reporting deviations;
• Working closely with colleagues in production and assembly;
• Contributing ideas to improve quality and production processes.

You'll work with stainless steel tubes ranging from 5 to 20 mm in diameter, where precision and consistency are essential. • The ability to work independently while following strict procedures;
