Wij zoeken een praktische Allround Operator voor de kaasmakerij in Bedum (Gelderland). Je werkt in een 5-ploegendienst en zorgt dat het productieproces veilig, stabiel en volgens kwaliteitseisen verloopt. Je bedient en stelt machines in, voert procescontroles uit en grijpt direct in bij afwijkingen. Je werkt met geautomatiseerde installaties en ondersteunt bij eenvoudig eerste-lijns onderhoud. Als operator houd je toezicht op grondstoffen en recepturen en voer je steekproefsgewijze controles uit. • MBO niveau 3, bij voorkeur een technische richting zoals VAPRO AOT/B of een gelijkwaardige vakopleiding.
• Affiniteit met geautomatiseerde installaties, procesbesturing en een praktische focus op continu verbeteren.

As a production operator, you work alongside modern production machines. Accuracy and teamwork are important throughout your shift.

Your main tasks include:

• Collecting finished products and placing them in packaging or on transport carts
• Checking products for damage and reporting defects
• Packing quantities, stacking pallets and securing them with stretch film
• Labelling boxes and moving prepared pallets with a pallet truck

Do you enjoy practical work and keeping production moving? Become a production operator. You ensure finished products are handled correctly and prepared for shipment.

As a production operator, you work alongside modern production machines. Accuracy and teamwork are important throughout your shift.

Your main tasks include:

• Collecting finished products and placing them in packaging or on transport carts
• Checking products for damage and reporting defects
• Packing quantities, stacking pallets and securing them with stretch film
• Labelling boxes and moving prepared pallets with a pallet truck

You work three shifts: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00 and 22:00–06:00. The night shift starts Sunday evening. Each eight-hour shift includes a paid 30-minute break.

As a production operator, you join a manufacturer of paper foam products. These products are used for insulation and protective packaging.

Around 250 colleagues work at this location. The atmosphere is open and down-to-earth. Colleagues work closely together and help each other when needed.

Voor een innovatieve producent binnen de chemische procesindustrie zijn wij op zoek naar een Production Operator. In deze functie werk je mee aan de productie van hoogwaardige chemische producten en krijg je ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een betrokken en professioneel team.

Dit ga je doen

• Aan- en afvoeren van grondstoffen, materialen en gereed product binnen het productieproces;
• Bedienen, instellen en bijstellen van bereidingsketels, machines en installaties;
• Afvullen, etiketteren en controleren van producten volgens geldende kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften;
• Uitvoeren en registreren van inspecties, monsterafnames, batchcodes en procesdocumentatie;
• Reinigen van installaties, zorgvuldig onderhouden van de werkplek en meedenken over procesverbeteringen;

Je bent in het bezit van

• Mbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische of procestechnische richting;
• Technisch inzicht en affiniteit met productieprocessen en installaties;
• Ervaring binnen de procesindustrie is een pré;
• Een zelfstandige werkhouding en het vermogen om goed samen te werken in een zelfsturend team;
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, basis computervaardigheden en bereidheid om in 2 ploegen te werken;

• Een bruto maandsalaris van € 3.078,- tot € 4.218,- inclusief 14% ploegentoeslag, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring;

Wat je gaat doen

As a Production Operator, you are an important part of the production process. You make sure the machines are running properly and that production continues according to schedule.
Your responsibilities include: - Operating and setting up production machines;

• Changing and adjusting machines between different production runs;
• Performing quality checks on the products;
• Identifying and solving minor technical issues;
• Cleaning and maintaining the machines;
• Recording production data, malfunctions and solutions;
• Thinking along about improvements to the production process;
• Working closely with your colleagues to keep production running smoothly.You will work in a 3-shift schedule:

Functie-eisen

• Experience in the food industry is a strong advantage.
• At least MBO 1/2 working and thinking level or equivalent practical experience.
• Technical experience and an interest in machinery.
• Good command of the English language.
• Willingness to work full-time in a 3-shift schedule.
• Your own transport to reach our location in Lelystad.
• A good physical condition and no problem with standing for longer periods.
