In Dordrecht, we are located at Burgemeester van der Dussenstraat 910. Here, we work with our Central Hub Manager Rob and approximately 200 colleagues. Every day, we process up to 200,000 packages here, which can be sorted to 150 locations. In any case, wherever you work: we *always* listen to what you have to say. As a logistics employee at DHL, you help sort packages. You ensure that every package ends up in the right place. Without your help, the packages would not be sorted on time and would not be delivered to the customer on time.

Je rapporteert aan de Manager Operations en bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en coördinatie van de productieafdeling. Daarbij werk je samen met onder andere Product Engineering, Technical, Research & Development, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, Planning, Human Resources en Warehouse.

• Je geeft leiding aan de (Senior) Production Employees en de Printshop Employee.

• Je plant medewerkers en productiemiddelen op basis van de planning vanuit Logistics.

• Je bewaakt dat werkzaamheden volgens planning, kwaliteitsnormen, veiligheidsrichtlijnen en milieueisen worden uitgevoerd.

• Je registreert, analyseert en rapporteert efficiency en productieprestaties.

• Je verbetert werkmethoden en productieprocessen met focus op efficiëntie en kwaliteit.

• Je borgt verbeteringen in werkinstructies en procedures.

• Je zorgt dat productiewerkzaamheden goed zijn voorbereid voordat medewerkers starten.

• Je bewaakt het werken volgens IATF 16949 en NEN-EN-ISO 14001.

• Je organiseert werkoverleggen en zorgt voor opvolging van gemaakte afspraken.

• Je begeleidt medewerkers in opleiding, ontwikkeling, verzuim en functioneringsgesprekken.

• Je coördineert werkzaamheden rondom bedrijfshulpverlening binnen de productie.

  Wie we zoeken

Je bent een leidinggevende die mensen goed aanstuurt en tegelijk overzicht houdt over planning, capaciteit, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen de werkvloer, collega-afdelingen en de Manager Operations.

• Je hebt een relevante hbo-opleiding of hbo werk- en denkniveau door ervaring.

• Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende.

• Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met handmatige assemblageprocessen.

• Ervaring binnen kabelconfectie is een pré.

• Je hebt kennis van Lean Manufacturing.

• Je kunt kleuren goed onderscheiden en lezen.

• Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed.

• Je kunt goed werken met Microsoft Office.

• Je werkt gestructureerd, communiceert duidelijk en stuurt op resultaat.

Who you are
For the role of Warehouse Manager, it is important that you meet the following requirements:

• You are willing to work in Tholen
• You speak English
• You are available full-time
• You work in the day shift
• You have a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a warehouse environment or 3PL environment
• You have an MBO-4 or HBO work and thinking level
• You have experience with WMS systems
• You have experience working with operational KPIs

What will you do
As a Warehouse Manager, you are the driving force on the shop floor! You are responsible for the entire flow of goods: from intake to shipping products for one of the largest clients. You directly manage 2 supervisors and 6 team leads, ensuring everyone starts their day with a big smile!

You analyze figures, achieve agreed targets (KPIs), and implement smart process improvements. You also take time for your people: holding great progress meetings and helping your team grow. A dynamic and varied full-time position in the day shift where every day brings exciting new energy!
