This is a newly created position within the maintenance team, offering the opportunity to make a real impact and help shape the role from the ground up.You will join a team of two mechanics and act as the technical specialist for more complex technical issues. Requirements

• MBO-level education (or higher) in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
• Approximately 3 years of relevant technical work experience.
• Experience working within a warehouse, logistics, production, or automated industrial environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with machinery, electrical systems, and technical maintenance.
• Experience performing root cause analyses in a technical environment.
• Knowledge of PLC-controlled systems is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• A proactive and independent mindset with the ability to take ownership and initiative.
• Own transportation and the ability to commute independently to the Venlo area.
