In deze functie draag je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor de operationele resultaten en de aansturing van jouw team in het distributiecentrum. Werkzaamheden

• Aansturen en motiveren van een team logistiek medewerkers en operators.
• Bewaken en behalen van afdelings-KPI’s zoals productiviteit, nauwkeurigheid en veiligheid.
• Beheren van de dagplanning en bijsturen van de personele bezetting waar nodig.
• Voeren van voortgangsgesprekken en geven van constructieve feedback aan teamleden.
• Toezien op strikte naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en interne kwaliteitsprotocollen.
• Signaleren van procesverbeteringen om de logistieke flow te optimaliseren.

As a Warehouse Team Leader in Soesterberg, you play a key role in managing a busy warehouse environment. Your day starts with a stand-up meeting where you set the tone for your team. You guide, coach, and motivate employees while focusing on LEAN working practices.
