You need to be a teamplayer and have hands on mentality, flexible and practical approach.

• Advanced degree in Accounting and / or Economics / Finance with good results
• 1-5 years relevant experience
• Good accounting, financial and business understanding
• Preferable with experience from international business
• Structured, efficient and with a high level of responsibility and independency.
• High performance and deliver within given deadlines
• Experienced preferably with SAP software
• Good communication skills both spoken and written in Dutch and English language.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een financieel assistent om de financiële functie te beheren met een focus op boekhouding en financiën, met speciale aandacht voor crediteurenadministratie. Je zult de financieel directeur en het financiële team ondersteunen.

We are looking for a financial Assistant to handle the finance function with a focus on accounting and finance.
And main focus on accounts payable.
You will be assisting the financial director and the financial team

• Responsible for conducting all accounting operations. We use SAP as finance and ERP system
• Conduct all outgoing payments and follow up (collect) all outstanding customer payments with assistance from the sales team.
• Participate in preparation of budget and financial forecasts, and any ad-hoc reports and analysis requested
• Additional administration and controller duties as necessary.

Het hoofdkantoor van de groep bevindt zich in Parijs (Frankrijk), met moderne productiefaciliteiten en groepsadministratie. Het hoofdkantoor voor Nederland is gevestigd in Ridderkerk, wat tevens de werkplek is. Werken vanuit het kantoor in Rotterdam (Waalhaven) is bespreekbaar.

The Group’s Head Quarter is in Paris (France) with modern production facilities and Group administration.
Headquarters for the Netherlands is based in Ridderkerk. This is also the working location. Working from out the office in Rotterdam (waalhaven) is negotiable.
