Om de rol van Customer Service Representative in Moerdijk succesvol in te vullen, beschik je over een mbo4- of hbo-diploma in een logistieke of commerciële richting. Je hebt al ervaring opgedaan in een klantgerichte functie binnen de logistieke sector of supply chain. Omdat je dagelijks contact hebt met internationale partners, beheers je de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift.
Je bent handig met computersystemen en maakt je nieuwe software zoals een Warehouse Management Systeem snel eigen. Zelfs op drukke momenten bewaar je het overzicht, werk je nauwkeurig en weet je de juiste prioriteiten te stellen voor de klant.

Als Customer Service Representative in Moerdijk ben jij de onmisbare schakel die ervoor zorgt dat elke klantvraag direct wordt omgezet in een logistiek succes.
Je beheert dagelijks complexe orders en bewaakt de voortgang in de systemen, wat je de unieke kans geeft om een diepgaande expertise op te bouwen in internationale supply chains.
