who are you
You are a true hands-on professional who works accurately and carefully. You stay calm and flexible, when planning or priorities change! You like to take initiative, and you communicate clearly about your progress.

• A vocational qualification (mbo level 3 or 4) or a bachelor’s degree in a technical field. (for example mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automotive, or aerospace).
• Hands-on experience in a technical production, assembly, or service environment.
• Experience reading technical drawings, following work instructions, and performing mechanical assembly, testing, adjustment, and troubleshooting.
• A good level of English for daily communication and documentation.

what will you do
After a solid and well-facilitated training program at the ASML Academy. You will start your journey within the Prepack & Equipment department. Following clear work instructions and technical drawings Then you will build complex mechanical modules.

• Assembling mechanical parts and modules with high accuracy (handling both large parts and fine mechanical components).
• Testing and verifying systems to ensure everything functions perfectly and meets our strict quality standards.
• Finding technical problems and working with your team to solve them step by step.
• Working safely in accordance with strict cleanroom regulations, keeping your workplace clean and organized.
• Proactively thinking about how to improve the build and test processes.

where will you work
As a market leader, ASML produces advanced and complex lithography machines for the chip industry. These machines are used worldwide by companies like Samsung and Intel. wie ben jij
Als Process Technician ben je praktisch ingesteld en heb je een sterke affiniteit met chemie en techniek. Nauwkeurigheid en gestructureerd werken zitten in jouw DNA, aangezien je werkt met strikte kwaliteitsrichtlijnen.

• Je hebt een mbo-diploma (minimaal niveau 3) in de richting van chemie, procestechniek of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
• Je beheerst de basis van de Engelse taal (lezen, schrijven en spreken); Nederlands is een must.
• Je bent handig met computers en software.
• Je bent een teamplayer, maar je bent ook zelfredzaam
• Je bent proactief, leergierig en flexibel ingesteld voor eventuele consignatiediensten.

wat ga je doen
In deze functie voer je zelfstandig chemische processen uit om hoogwaardige polymeren voor de medische en farmaceutische industrie te maken. Je werkt in een schone, georganiseerde cleanroomomgeving (volgens ISO 13485 en GMP-richtlijnen). Je werkt aan de hand van procedures en recepturen.

• Voorbereiden van de productieactiviteiten.
• Zelfstandig uitvoeren van de chemische productieprocessen.
• Invullen en nauwkeurig bijhouden van productierecords.
• Constateren en melden van afwijkingen of verbeterpunten.
• Onderhouden en kalibreren van de gebruikte apparatuur.
• Schoon en netjes houden van de cleanroom.

waar ga je werken
Je gaat aan de slag bij een innovatief en groeiend chemisch productiebedrijf in Groningen. Dit bedrijf ontwikkelt en produceert zeer specifieke polymeren. Deze worden wereldwijd worden gebruikt voor medische toepassingen, zoals weefselherstel en gecontroleerde medicijnafgifte. Je komt te werken in een moderne, internationale omgeving met een informele werksfeer en gezellige collega's.
