• You have a VMBO+ or MBO level of working and thinking
• You have well-developed technical insight

what will you do
In this role at HQ Pack, you ensure the flawless delivery of high-tech components. You will learn the tricks of the trade through internal training and can always rely on team support for more complex tasks. Your core tasks:

• Cleaning: Meticulously removing lint and dust from components using specialized tools.
• Inspecting: Thoroughly checking orders and correctly logging data into the computer system.
• Safety: Strictly adhering to cleanroom protocols and dress codes (PPE).

who are you
You are a true hands-on professional who works accurately and carefully. You stay calm and flexible, when planning or priorities change! You like to take initiative, and you communicate clearly about your progress.

• A vocational qualification (mbo level 3 or 4) or a bachelor’s degree in a technical field. (for example mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automotive, or aerospace).
• Hands-on experience in a technical production, assembly, or service environment.
• Experience reading technical drawings, following work instructions, and performing mechanical assembly, testing, adjustment, and troubleshooting.
• A good level of English for daily communication and documentation.

what will you do
After a solid and well-facilitated training program at the ASML Academy. You will start your journey within the Prepack & Equipment department. Following clear work instructions and technical drawings Then you will build complex mechanical modules.

• Assembling mechanical parts and modules with high accuracy (handling both large parts and fine mechanical components).
• Testing and verifying systems to ensure everything functions perfectly and meets our strict quality standards.
• Finding technical problems and working with your team to solve them step by step.
• Working safely in accordance with strict cleanroom regulations, keeping your workplace clean and organized.
• Proactively thinking about how to improve the build and test processes.

what will you do
You are responsible from start to finish for precision-building various high-tech products. Your daily grind is super diverse:

• Grab the right orders, materials, and tools. You check the parts for completeness and any damage.
• With wiring lists and schematics, you assemble electrical and mechanical parts into complete racks, cases, and/or cabinets. You do this at a modern workstation.
• You verify the cabinet build and wiring accurately according to the instructions. When in doubt, you connect directly with the Quality department.

You will be working in the dynamic Module Assembly department at Neways. Neways is an international specialist in the electronics industry. You work in a challenging, informal, and clean high-tech environment (both inside and outside the cleanroom).
