Werk jij nauwkeurig, houd je van een schone werkomgeving en wil je bijdragen aan hoogwaardige producten voor de internationale hightechindustrie?

Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit?

Je werkt in een schone, gecontroleerde omgeving en draagt de voorgeschreven cleanroomkleding. Aan de hand van de productieplanning bekijk je welke orders gereedgemaakt moeten worden. Je reinigt metalen producten grondig en controleert ze volgens vaste werkinstructies. Met een blacklight spoor je zelfs de kleinste oneffenheden of verontreinigingen op.

Na de controle verpak je de producten steriel en maak je de orders verzendklaar voor de klant. Via een tablet houd je de planning en ordertijden bij. Afhankelijk van je technische kennis kun je daarnaast montagewerkzaamheden uitvoeren aan de hand van technische tekeningen.

Wat breng je mee?

• Je hebt 1-2 jaar ervaring in de cleanroom;
• Je spreekt Nederlands en/of Engels;
• Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail;
• Je hebt technische affiniteit of ervaring binnen de metaalindustrie;
• Je vindt het prettig om volgens vaste procedures en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen te werken;
• Je bent bereid om in twee ploegen te werken;

Zorg jij ervoor dat ieder product perfect schoon, gecontroleerd en verpakt de cleanroom verlaat? Dan maken we graag kennis met je!

Wat mag je verwachten?

• Een salaris tussen € 2.550 en € 3.500 bruto per maand;
• Ploegentoeslag 14% bovenop je salaris;
• Werken in twee ploegen van 06.00 tot 14.15 uur en van 14.15 tot 22.30 uur; (fulltime is 38 uur)
• Op vrijdag eindigt de late dienst al om 20.30 uur;
• 30 vakantiedagen per jaar en nog eens 8% vakantiegeld;
• Volop mogelijkheden om opleidingen en trainingen te volgen en dus doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de organisatie;

• Working according to detailed work instructions and production schedules.
• Keeping the production line dust-free and maintaining a clean environment.

As an Assembly Technician, you will work on the assembly of high quality precision mechanical and mechatronic products in a cleanroom environment. Based on technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards, you will assemble components and complete modules with the highest level of precision.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling precision mechanical and mechatronic products;
• Assembling hose bundles, tubing, fittings, and other high tech components;
• Performing quality inspections and checking products for dimensions and functionality;
• Working according to cleanroom procedures and quality standards;
• Preparing, testing, and getting products ready for shipment;
• Actively contributing ideas for improving work processes, quality, and efficiency.

You will receive a comprehensive onboarding and training program to ensure that you become familiar with all processes and quality standards.

Wie ben jij?

You are precise, have an eye for detail, and place a strong emphasis on quality. You have a technical mindset, are eager to learn, and feel comfortable working in a production environment where precision is essential. You are able to work independently while also being a strong team player.

In addition, you have:

• A completed MBO level technical education or equivalent practical and intellectual working level;
• Experience in precision mechanical or technical assembly;
• An affinity with technology and a quality focused approach to work;
• Experience in a production environment is an advantage;
• Experience working in a cleanroom is an advantage;
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is a plus;
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and team oriented attitude;
• Willingness to work in a two shift system;
• Good command of either Dutch or English.
