You’ll join a growing and supportive team of technicians, a senior technician, planners, and a maintenance support engineer. Together, we’re building a strong, future-proof facility-and you can be part of it.
What will you do?
No two days are the same. You will:
- Perform preventive maintenance according to plan.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (with support from colleagues when needed).
- Actively contribute ideas to improve reliability and performance.
- Work according to clear procedures, always prioritizing safety and hygiene.
- Help build and strengthen our Maintenance & Reliability team.
- Keep clear administrative records of your work.
- Support the implementation of changes and improvement of instructions.
Who are you?
You don’t need to know everything yet-motivation and willingness to learn are just as important. We’ll teach you what you don’t know.
You:
- Hold a technical vocational qualification at upper‑secondary level (equivalent to EQF level 3–4(e.g., mechatronics, electronics, or control engineering).
- Have an affinity with safety and safe working practices, and ideally hold a safety certification such as VCA (VOL) and/or an electrical safety certificate (NEN 3140), or be willing to obtain these through us. Can read and understand technical documentation
- Communicate easily and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Take responsibility for quality and safety.
- Are eager to learn and grow.
- Are based near our Boxmeer site.

Working hours & on-call service
- Clear schedule, no night shifts
- Monday to Friday:
- 3 days day shift (07:30 - 16:00)
- 1 early shift (05:45 - 14:15)
- 1 late shift (13:45 - 22:15)
- No weekend shifts (except on-call duty)
On-call:
- Once every 6 weeks (weekend)
- Availability between 06:00 - 22:00
- First try to resolve issues remotely; if needed, you come to site

who are you
Engineering is more than just a job to you; it's your passion. As a mechanic, you recognize yourself in:
- technical foundation: minimum of MBO level 2 working and thinking level in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering. Or at least 1 year of experience as a maintenance technician.
- analytical ability: capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- professionalism: accurate, solution-oriented and currently living in the Netherlands.
what will you do
Every day brings new challenges. As the foundation of the operation, you will be responsible for:
- corrective maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve sudden mechanical and electrical equipment faults.
- preventive maintenance: Conduct scheduled inspections and overhauls to minimize operational downtime.
- commissioning: Set up, calibrate, and test new and existing installations in line with operational specs.
- process optimization: Propose technical improvements to maximize machinery reliability.
- reporting & documentation: Accurately log maintenance activities and maintain strict quality control over parts.
