  • Proficient in using CATIA V5. Experience with TopSolid, Siemens NX CAM, Vericut, CrashGuard, Tooltech and TDM is an advantage.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret Siemens NC code and Heidenhain.
  • Extensive experience with on-machine probing.
  • Experience and knowledge with hard metals;

De functie
Dit ga je doen

Als Monteur Machinebouw ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de opbouw van complete ovens waarin siliciumplaten worden behandeld. Dit is een onmisbare stap in het productieproces van microchips.

Elke oven is uniek. Dat betekent veel variatie in je werk en de kans om steeds weer iets nieuws te leren. Je bouwt van begin tot eind aan jouw eigen machine en werkt nauw samen met collega's in de final assembly.

Wat je doet:

  • Opbouwen van de behuizing aan de hand van werktekeningen
  • Monteren van mechanische en elektrotechnische componenten
  • Bouwen van panelen, bedrading aanleggen en elektronica aansluiten
  • Meewerken aan testen en het finetunen van de machine voordat deze de deur uitgaat

Zodra de oven is afgerond en in delen wordt verzonden naar de klant, start jij met het volgende project. Zo blijft je werk afwisselend en uitdagend.
