Je ondersteunt de afdeling Uitkeren. Hier komen uitkeringsaanvragen binnen en worden deze getoetst op volledigheid en juistheid.

De focus ligt op gestructureerde en overdraagbare deeltaken binnen het proces.

Jouw taken kunnen onder andere zijn:

• Administratieve ondersteuning
• Beoordelen van volledigheid en juistheid van aanvragen
• Communicatie met interne en externe partijen
• Voorbereiden van dossiers voor uitkeringsdeskundigen
• Signaleren van bijzonderheden en dit doorgeven aan collega’s

Je gaat aan de slag op het UWV-kantoor in Heerlen, binnen het team Uitkeren. Dit kantoor is goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Je werkt samen met vaste buddy’s die je begeleiden en je helpt groeien in je rol.

Dit project is opgezet om de inzet van werkstudenten te verkennen. Dit wordt gedaan binnen het complexe en verantwoordelijke werkveld van het uitdelen van uitkeringen. De uitkomsten van het project bepalen of deze aanpak breder uitgerold wordt binnen UWV.
