Your key responsibilities include:

• Manually cleaning and preparing products
• Checking products for completeness and damage
• Removing unnecessary labels and packaging
• Updating checklists
• Keeping your workplace clean and organised to support a smooth operational flow

Working hours:

You will work from Monday to Friday on a day shift:

• 08:00 – 17:00

Wat wij bieden

• Initial on-the-job training provided by the company
• Gross monthly salary of €2,630
• 8% holiday allowance
• 130% pay rate for work from Monday to Friday between 18:00 and 00:00
• 150% pay rate on Saturdays
• 200% pay rate on Sundays and public holidays
• Travel allowance of up to €9.30 per day
• Full-time employment on a day shift
• Between 38 and 40 working hours per week

wie ben jij
Procesbewaking en techniek zijn voor jou meer dan werk: het is je passie. Jij herkent jezelf in:

• je hebt minimaal een MBO diploma Operator A of B, óf je hebt minimaal 1 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als operator.
• je hebt ervaring met het instellen, bedienen en ombouwen van productielijnen en kunt procesgegevens goed interpreteren.
• je beheerst de Nederlandse of Engelse taal en staat open voor het werken in ploegendiensten.

wat ga je doen
Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je bent de spil in het productieproces en houdt je bezig met:

• het controleren, bijsturen en verbeteren van het productieproces via panelen of aan de lijn.
• het ombouwen en instellen van machines en installaties voor verschillende productieruns.
• het vroegtijdig signaleren, analyseren en zelfstandig verhelpen van kleine, eenvoudige storingen aan de machines.
• het uitvoeren van kwaliteitsmetingen en visuele inspecties om te zorgen dat de producten aan de hoogste eisen voldoen.
• het nauwkeurig registreren van productiegegevens en storingen.

who are you
Process monitoring and engineering are more than just a job to you: they are your passion. You recognize yourself in:

• minimum of an MBO Operator A or B qualification, OR at least 1 year of proven experience as an operator.
• experience setting up, operating, and converting production lines, with strong skills in interpreting process data.
• fluent in English or Dutch and open to working shift patterns.

what will you do
Every day is different. As the cornerstone of the production process, your main tasks include:

• monitor, adjust, and optimize the production process via control panels or directly on the line.
• change over and set up machinery and installations for various production runs.
• proactively identify, analyze, and independently resolve minor machine faults.
• conduct quality measurements and visual inspections to guarantee top-tier product standards.
• accurately log production data and downtime or system faults.
