Uren: Tussen 12 - 24 uur per week
Werkdagen en werktijden op basis van jouw beschikbaarheid

Als thuishulp in Tiel zorg jij voor een aangenaam thuis voor jouw cliënten. Je geeft huishoudelijke hulp bij jou in de buurt. Op tijden die jou uitkomen. Dat kan op maandag tot en met vrijdag, tussen 8.30 en 17.00 uur. Je verdient €15,07 tot €18,27 per uur.

Wat je doet als huishoudelijke hulp:

• Als huishoudelijk medewerker zorg je voor een aangenaam thuis. Dit doe je met schoonmaak van bijvoorbeeld de woonkamer, keuken en badkamer.
• Je betrekt de cliënten bij het huishouden en helpt hen zelfstandig blijven.
• Je geeft persoonlijke aandacht, toont interesse in het welzijn van cliënten en helpt eenzaamheid te voorkomen.
• Als er iets verandert in de leefsituatie van je cliënt merk je dit op, herken je hun zorgbehoefte en houd je jouw leidinggevende op de hoogte.

Je start om 14:30 uur. Na een korte bespreking ga je met je collega's aan de slag. Je monteert onderdelen, controleert je werk en zorgt ervoor dat de productielijn goed blijft draaien.

Nog geen productie-ervaring? Geen probleem. Je krijgt duidelijke uitleg en leert het werk stap voor stap.

Dit ga je doen als Productiemedewerker Avondploeg;

• Onderdelen van warmtepompen monteren;
• Werken volgens duidelijke instructies;
• Producten controleren op kwaliteit;
• Materialen en onderdelen op de juiste plek verwerken;
• Problemen of afwijkingen op tijd doorgeven;
• Samenwerken met collega's aan de productielijn;

Jouw nieuwe werkplek

Als Productiemedewerker Avondploeg ga je werken bij Itho Daalderop in Tiel. Hier worden warmtepompen en ventilatiesystemen gemaakt voor woningen door heel Nederland.Je werkt in een moderne productieomgeving met duidelijke werkplekken en goede begeleiding. De sfeer is informeel en je werkt samen met collega's die elkaar helpen.

De werktijden zijn van 14:30 tot 22:00 uur . Je werkt 7 uur per dienst, maar krijgt 8 uur uitbetaald .

De avondploeg loopt naar verwachting tot november. Daarna kun je mogelijk verder in de dagdienst van 07:00 tot 15:50 uur .

Dit bieden wij jou

• €2922,31 - €3130,- bruto per maand (incl. ADV)
• Voor de avond ploeg geld nog een toeslag van 2,5 procent!
• Na 1 jaar als productiemedewerker wordt je salaris verhoogd naar €17,79 (€3230,-)

Geen ervaring nodig, je verdient €15,34 per uur, krijgt goede begeleiding en uitzicht op een vast contract. Maak duurzame verpakkingen voor bekende merken en maak echt het verschil in de productie.

Wat ga je doen?

Als productiemedewerker 2 ploegen bij Kolkman Verpakkingen Hedel werk je samen met je collega’s aan het maken en verpakken van duurzame verpakkingen. Je begeleidt verpakkingen door de machines, zet kunststof rollen klaar en houdt de voorraad op peil. Ook los je kleine storingen zelf op en controleer je of de producten netjes en goed zijn. Je houdt je werkplek schoon en veilig. Je werkt fulltime van maandag tot en met vrijdag in twee ploegen. De ene week start je om 6:00 uur, de andere week om 12:30 uur. Op vrijdag ben je altijd extra vroeg klaar met werken en start je weekend lekker vroeg. Een typische dag bestaat uit samenwerken, aanpakken en leren. Je krijgt duidelijke uitleg en leert het werk in de praktijk. Ook als operator productielijn of machinebediende kun je hier aan de slag.

Waar ga je werken?

Kolkman Verpakkingen Hedel B.V. Is een echt familiebedrijf waar je geen nummer bent. Ze maken al sinds 1985 duurzame verpakkingen voor bekende merken in binnen- en buitenland. Je komt terecht in een betrokken, praktisch team waar iedereen elkaar helpt. De sfeer is informeel en je kunt jezelf zijn. De locatie is goed bereikbaar vanuit Zaltbommel, Tiel, Gorinchem, Oss en ’s-Hertogenbosch. Je werkt met fijne collega’s die je snel wegwijs maken en je helpen waar nodig.

Wie ben je?

Je houdt van aanpakken en vindt het leuk om samen te werken. Je werkt netjes en bent betrouwbaar. Je spreekt Nederlands en wilt fulltime werken in een tweeploegendienst. Ervaring in de productie of als machinebediende is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker niet verplicht. Wij zoeken vooral iemand met motivatie en de wil om te leren.
