wat ga je doen
Als klantadviseur ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je beantwoordt hun vragen via telefoon, chat, mail en in onze showroom. Je luistert goed naar de wensen van de klant en geeft passend advies over de producten. Je stelt offertes op en zorgt dat de verkoop goed gedaan wordt. Daarnaast denk je mee over manieren om de service en verkoop te verbeteren. Je bewaakt de klanttevredenheid en zorgt dat elke klant tevreden de deur uitgaat. In je werk ben je actief, klantgericht en weet je de juiste informatie over te brengen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s om onze doelen te behalen en de klant de beste ervaring te geven.

Wat ga je doen
Je dag begint om 08:00 uur in het restaurant. Als cateringmedewerker start je direct met de voorbereidingen. Je maakt verse soepen, snijdt groenten voor de salades en belegt luxe broodjes. Je zorgt dat het buffet er fantastisch uitziet voordat de eerste gasten komen.
Zodra de pauze begint, verwelkom je de medewerkers van Hessing met een glimlach. Je helpt hen aan de counter en vult alles snel aan als dat nodig is. Is de lunch voorbij? Dan maak je samen met je collega's de keuken en het restaurant weer netjes schoon. Als cateringmedewerker ben jij pas tevreden als alles weer blinkt. Wat ga je doen

Omdat je zo ervaren bent, gaat dit razendsnel en zorg je voor een opgeruimde en veilige werkomgeving.
