In deze functie al operator ga je aan de slag in 2 ploegen in de food. Jij bent onmisbaar als operator! De functie is afwisselend binnen een internationaal team met een gemoedelijke sfeer. Je gaat de volgende werkzaamheden tegenkomen:

• Je zorgt voor het opstarten, ombouwen van machines en bewaken van het productieproces
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verhelpen en voorkomen van storingen, in overleg met de meewerkend voorman;
• Je neemt monsters, analyseert deze en voert regelmatig proces- en kwaliteitscontroles uit;
• Je vult lijsten in en houdt de kwaliteit hoog;
• Je verricht ombouw- en reinigingswerkzaamheden;
• Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van de productieplanning;
• Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor het verzekeren en controleren van de kwantiteit en kwaliteit van de productie;
• Je gaat werken in 2 ploegen, de werktijden zijn van 06:00 uur tot 15:00 uur en van 15:00 uur tot 00:00 uur.

Wat wij vragen

These are mainly plastic bottles, packages and empty cans that have a deposit. They bottles arrive in large plastic bags of 15 kilos each. These will be replaced from the trucks and taken to the counting machines. Before they enter the counting machine, the labels of the bottles are scanned. This allows the machine to know how many bottles and cans have been returned per company. Everything is counted in the counting machine, emptied and the dirt is removed from the bottles. They are also sorted by white, colorful and other. Also you will also be loading and unloading trucks. You and your colleagues will ensure that all carts end up in the right place. You will be working with an EPT to drive pallets to the right place into the warehouse.

Who you are
A hard-working person looking for a job with accommodation in NL and you meet all of the following requirements:

• EU nationality (EU-Passport or ID)
• Speak and understand English A2
• You have a driving license (not mandatory, but a plus)
• You have the paper of no criminal record not older than 6 months or you are able to apply for one
• You are available for a longer period of time
• You do not mind working in different shifts
• You are able to walk and stand the whole day
• You are resistant to hard work

What will you do
Start your day right in the cozy canteen! Grab a fresh coffee and play a fun game of table soccer. Then, it is time for action. Recycling is our top priority here, so your work has a huge green impact! You are an all-round production employee. That means every day is full of fun variety.

You process returns from Albert Heijn. Think of empty crates, bottles, and unsold food. Skip the gym, because you get fit while working! You will walk and lift all day. Turn on your step counter. Can you beat your colleagues in a friendly step challenge?

You load and unload trucks with an awesome team. Trucks bring large bags of deposit bottles. Together, you slide these bags across the floor. You also get to operate the pressing machine for cardboard, plastic, and food. Finally, you sort crates and packaging to keep everything perfectly neat!

Become a count operator
Ready for an exciting new step? You can learn to be a count operator! You will run the smart counting machine. It automatically sorts bottles and cans by color and material.

How does it work? It is super easy! You grab a bag and remove the label. You empty the bag into the machine. It scans everything for you. Did the machine miss a bottle? No worries at all! It safely falls into a handy bin. You just scan those last few items yourself. Piece of cake!

Working times:

• Morning shift: 06:00 - 15:00
• Evening shift: 15:00 - 00:00
• Night shift: 21:00 - 06:00
