Functie-inhoud
- als Allround Operator ga je aan de slag met het omstellen, instellen, afstellen en bedienen van productiemachines 
- je voert kwaliteitscontroles en metingen uit 
- je signaleert storingen en lost deze samen met de Monteurs op 
- bij afwezigheid van de ploegleider, ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt in het geval van verstoringen 
- je werkt als Allround Operator in de 3 of 5 ploegen 
Functie-eisen
- je bent als Allround Operator in het bezit van een technisch mbo-diploma 
- je hebt ervaring of affiniteit met geautomatiseerde systemen en productielijnen 
- je beheerst de Nederlandse of Engelse taal goed 
- je bent als Allround Operator bereid om in een ploegendienst aan de slag te gaan 
Wij bieden
- je ontvangt een basissalaris tussen de €3.153,- tot €4.443,- bruto per maand

As a Working Foreman, you are the link between the employees on the shop floor and the daily production process. You lead the team, monitor the work, and actively contribute to solving technical and operational challenges. You work with a predominantly CNC-controlled machine park used for various machining processes involving industrial cutting tools.
Your day includes:
- Supervising and supporting employees on the shop floor
- Planning and coordinating daily activities to ensure production runs smoothly
- Working hands-on with CNC-controlled machinery and production processes
- Identifying and solving technical and operational problems
- Monitoring the quality and progress of the work
- Looking for ways to improve processes, machines, and team performance
- Supporting and motivating employees to achieve the best possible results
- Working in accordance with safety, quality, and company procedures
- Taking responsibility for a safe, efficient, and well-organized workplace

- At least MBO working and thinking level
- At least 2 years of experience as a lead operator, production team leader, or similar role in the metal industry
- Experience with CNC machines and technical processes
- Good command of the Dutch language

- Hands-on mentality and stress-resistant attitude
