• You are available full-time from Monday to Friday
• You can work in 2 shifts
• You have experience with WMS systems (such as SAP or similar)
• You have your own transport to get to Breda
• You live in the Breda area at your own address

What will you do
As a Wave Cleaner, you are the important link between the office and the warehouse floor! You ensure that all incoming orders are guided in the right direction via the WMS system. No two moments are the same, and you keep your cool when deadlines approach.
Your main tasks at a glance 👇

• Order planning: You analyze the incoming order flow and smartly group them into 'pick waves' in the system.
• Work distribution: You manage the workload so that the order pickers on the floor can keep up the pace without getting overwhelmed.
• Cleaning & Problem-solving: Is an order stuck due to a stock error or system error? You track down the issue, solve it, and close the waves properly according to the FIFO method (First In, First Out).
• Linking pin: You constantly coordinate with the Team Leaders on the floor and Customer Service to ensure all trucks can leave on time! 📦

Who you are
As an assistant team leader, it is important that you meet the following requirements:

• You have experience in logistics in various departments;
• You are good at working with people;
• You speak good English;
• You are available full-time from Monday to Friday;
• You are available during the day shift: 6:00 AM till 15:00 PM and 15:00 PM till 00:00 AM
• You live near Samsung Breda (by the furniture boulevard).

What will you do
In this role, you are the key person on the Inbound department. You support the team leader and when they are away, you confidently take over! And your day is also very diverse! For about 50% of your time (around 20 hours a week), you help out on the floor. The other half of your time, you are busy coordinating, guiding, and organizing.

Your daily to-do list looks like this:

• You are the main point of contact for the warehouse operators. You train new colleagues, motivate the team, and create an environment focused on learning and safety.
• Just like the troubleshooters, you spot errors in the logistics process. You solve problems quickly and set the right priorities to meet all deadlines.
• You communicate smoothly with office staff, other operation teams and transport planning (about inbound delivery planning). You also provide the correct data to your team leader or supervisor.
• You take care of scanner registrations, check and refill supplies, and make sure everyone works in a safe and clean environment.

Where will you work
You will be working at Samsung Breda. You can easily find this warehouse, as it is located at the furniture boulevard. Fancy something tasty after work?
